• Data Scientists: Expertise in areas such as Python, data science, econometric modelling, marketing analytics, AWS, and consultancy.
• Software Developers/Engineers: Skills in areas such as frontend/backend development with technologies like JavaScript, Vue.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Sysadmins/IT Security Specialists: Proficiency in areas such as MS365, Windows/Mac/Linux environments, MDMs, IT security management and certifications (e.g., ISO27001, SOC-2), networks, and frontend/backend technologies.
• Customer Success Managers: Background in areas such as marketing (digital and offline, planning, analytics, management), customer success, consultancy, and data science.

Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in other languages is a definite advantage.
