Senior SDR / SDR Lead, US Market
đ About the Role
Sellforte is entering an exciting new chapter: growing our US presence. Weâre looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) / SDR Lead to help us build and scale our outbound pipeline for eCommerce and DTC brands.
This is a player/coach role. Youâll start as an Individual Contributorâowning the outreach and setting meetingsâbut with a clear path to SDR Manager as you demonstrate success. If you crush this role, thereâs potential to grow into Head of Sales, US as we scale.
đŻ What Youâll Do
- Build and own outbound pipeline generation for our US eCommerce and DTC target accounts
- Execute high-volume, high-quality cold calling, personalized outreach, and multi-channel prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Validate and localize our existing outbound playbook for the US marketâtest, learn, iterate
- Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams to sharpen our messaging and targeting
- Use and optimize our sales tech stack: HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, and Power Dialer (and weâre investing in more tools as we grow)
- Take on leadership responsibilities over time: mentoring future SDRs and helping build the US SDR function from scratch
- Be the face of Sellforte for US prospectsâyour energy and approach will help define our brand in this market
â What Weâre Looking For
- 3â5+ years of outbound SDR / Sales Development experience in B2B SaaS
- Direct experience in pipeline generation for $30Kâ$50K ACV SaaS products
- Previous success as either a top-performing SDR OR an SDR Manager (both are great!)
- US market prospecting experience is a must
- Working fully remote or from our HQ in Espoo, Finland
- Strong self-starter mentality: Youâll help build, not just execute
- High energy, growth-oriented mindset, and a bias for action
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and dial 100 times a day when needed
- Bonus points if youâve helped localize or build an SDR playbook before
Please note: Prior SDR experience is a hard requirement. We will not consider applicants without it.

- OTE: $70Kâ$120K (base + commission, depending on experience)
