Sellforte is hitting all-time highs across the board, from SALs (Sales Accepted Leads) & Opps to Pipeline & Closed-Won Revenue, and we’re not lifting our foot off the gas.
With strong demand for Sellforte AI, the world’s first Agentic MMM & Autonomous Media Buying platform, we’re growing faster than planned and opening this role ahead of schedule.
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who loves building momentum, thrives with ownership, and wants to shape the next era of growth for a category-defining product across global markets.
This is a chance to join a mini-but-mighty marketing team that’s shipping fast, punching way above its weight, and rewriting how ecommerce and DTC brands think about marketing measurement and media buying.
🚀 Why this role exists
We planned to make our next marketing hire in Q2 ’26, then we looked at the numbers and decided to accelerate. Ecommerce & DTC is really picking up steam for us, our roadmap is stacked with industry disruptors, and we’ve laid strong marketing foundations across strategy, operations, and messaging during H2 ’25.
Now we need someone who can help us turn all that momentum into something bigger, louder, and faster across multiple geographies.
You’ll be the third member of the Marketing Team, working with:

🎯 What you’ll own (and shape)
We believe in the rise of the “Gen Marketer” — a generalist marketer who’s curious, adaptable, and dangerous across multiple areas. (If you’ve read MKT1’s* take on it, you know exactly what we mean.)
Your exact scope will depend on your strengths and what you enjoy doing, but here’s where we see immediate opportunity:
Owning & building our end-to-end webinar program - we’re bullish on it and want to scale the channel
Social + founder-led content & executive thought leadership - especially LinkedIn, we’re seeing good traction here
Reddit & other AEO/GEO plays - huge whitespace
Full-funnel demand campaigns - for our ecommerce/DTC ICP
Field events in ecom/DTC - currently untapped but a big opportunity for us
Performance marketing foundations - hands-on or agency-supported
Content marketing, case studies, and product marketing - depending on your strengths/interests
Challenging and evolving our strategy & plans - marketing at Sellforte is roughly 50% crafting a good plan & 50% improvising on-the-fly

🧠 What your week will look like
We work fast, collaboratively, and without ego (or unnecessary meetings).
Monday, 9:00–9:40: Marketing Weekly → numbers, sprint plan, actions
Wednesday morning: Bi-weekly breakfast at the office → a good chance to enjoy a nice breakfast and catch up with the whole team
Wednesday: 1:1 check-in (30 mins) → highlights, challenges, priorities
Friday, 14:30–15:00: Sales + Marketing Closing Weekly → SALs, pipeline/deal review, learnings
Friday, 15:00–16:00: Company All-Hands → updates, demos, wins, fails (plus OKRs + pizza monthly)
We care about momentum and try to free up as much time to get things done and have space to think.
⭐️ What success looks like
Our north star in marketing is Inbound SALs (Sales Accepted Lead).
An SAL is an ICP-fit lead that has booked a meeting and been accepted by Sales.
We also track:
Total SALs (Inbound, Outbound, Partner)
Opportunities from SALs
Pipeline from SALs
CW/CL Revenue from SALs
